Sensations by Stephany ~ Jewellery Design

To tell the truth 2012 has been a tough year recovering for endless months from an injury. After a great summer and Christmas season last year, it has been personally disappointing that I have not been able sit and let my creative juices flow. It’s been a slow recovery, but I’m happy to say I’m finally back in the saddle and in production mode for the Holiday Season.

Last summer’s shows were a great way to connect with new clients and see how people respond to the new designs. It’s been very interesting to watch as people come to the table, have a piece draw their attention, then look at others, but they can’t help but be drawn back to the first piece that caught their eye, as if it’s calling them. From my point of view, I know when I create a one of a kind piece, I’m creating for someone, the fun is seeing who shows up to answer the call.

Heading into busy season, I’ve chosen not to participate in Christmas art shows this year and create a more consistent temporary location at the local mall in Aylmer. I heard loud and clear people asking if they could visit me at my regular location. So now I’ll have one at least 3 days a week until Christmas.

Look for us near the spa (of course) at Galeries d’Aylmer Nov 24-25 and  every weekend in December until Christmas.
